The faded and damaged image was repaired and cropped to better show the people.
This color photo was faded, but only in the center. The center color was restored to match the outer area. It was also resized to fit a standard frame.
Going through a house fire is probably the worst thing that can happen to a family and a photograph. This image was so badly damaged, I had to copy a hat from another photo.

"Karen always does awesome work. She has been doing pictures and projects for our family for 25+ years. She never disappoints and even under a time crunch she was able to complete the project for us. We highly recommend Karen." --Geri B
"Thank you for your help in scanning in super old images for me! Those glass negatives could've been lost forever without you. Plus, love all your photos that you share with the world." --Tamara W
"I would highly recommend Karen for your photo needs. She fixed a very old photo of my Dad and his siblings that was ruined and it turned out perfect! She was also able to take 2 individuals out to have a separate photo of just them. I also had pictures done for my daughter age 3 with Karen and she did a fabulous job capturing her." --Tiffany B
"Karen was the one to go to restore a old family photo. She did a super job. Thanks Karen" --Chuck N
"Karen has always made me feel comfortable and confident that the work she has doing for me will be top notch. Her first job was doing Senior Pictures for my moody 17 year old son. Oh my gosh, she worked wonders with him and got the most amazing pictures! She also restored a picture of my father that was over 50 + years ago. Such sharp details! I love it! Then I gave her a 3" square blurry photo of my wedding and asked her to do the almost (I thought) impossible. It had me, my husband, our best man and maid of honor. We didn't have a wedding picture of just my husband and me. She took the photo, cropped out our best man and maid of honor and not only made a beautiful 5x7 but also made it poster sized!! Did I mention the picture was 50 years ago? Wow! Karen has so much talent! She is awesome to work with and makes you feel comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend Karen Walker." --Judith M
"We had a family farm picture from 1933 that was wrinkled and cracked restored to a beautiful better than new print worthy to be framed, matted and hung on a wall of that very farm!! Karen Walker did a beautiful job. A piece of family history restored for the next generations to appreciate." --Debbie C
